Applying for a Passport?
The Australian High Commission in Rarotonga works with the one in Wellington to help with passport stuff. So, you’ll need to send your documents to the Australian High Commission in Wellington. In an emergency, the Australian High Commission in Rarotonga might give you a Provisional Travel Document.
If you’ve had a 10-year Australian passport since 2006, or you’re applying for a kid’s passport, you can upload your application on the Australian Passport Office website.
